Delivery Policy

Orders will be sent by Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and weight of the package.

All Orders will require a signature on delivery

In some circumstances we may fulfill your order over multiple deliveries to provide you with the best service possible. We will always endeavour to contact you first to discuss this in these circumstances. Where this servce is offered, extra delivery costs will not be applied. 

UK and NI (not including Cars, chassis plates, bodyshells, engines, tyres and additive) (2-3 days)

FREE Shipping on Shopping Cart subtotals over £75.00 (not including Tyres and RC Equipment)

Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order within the 14 day period under the Distance selling Regulations, we will refund your entire order, including your delivery charge (providing all items in the order are returned and are in new/unused condition). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, within 7 days. When you return an item(s) to us because you have cancelled the contract between us, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation and the returned item(s) being delivered back to Rapid Racing. After the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed any orders that have been correctly supplied and returned as incorrectly ordered by the customer or no longer required shall be subject to a 25% handling charge.
